03:13 pm: That there is one damn fine coat you're wearin'...
voodoo_chile66 and I went to see Sin City yesterday evening. I gotta admit, I loved that movie. It was definitely new age film noir; I hope its success will spawn more like it. The comic dialogue was appropriate although a bit stilted at times, but the movie was beautifully done.

Glad to see Mickey Rourke got himself together enough to make a comeback and I was thrilled to see Rutger Hauer again--it's been ages since I saw him in anything. He's really showing his age nowadays, but he's still a bad ass. Benecio Del Toro is hot as always, although he looks dirty in every film. That's okay though--I think any girl would enjoy cleaning him up--besides, he'll always be Fenster to me. Yowsa.

I liked seeing ol Rutger Hauer too. He still has the most beautiful, spooky eyes. And I agree about Benecio. But he always plays these greasy rolls. I wonder what he would look like if he played a romatic role.

What? Dr. Gonzo in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas wasn't a romantic lead? I feel so CHEATED! I was thinking he tried the romantic part in Excess Baggage, with Alicia Silverstone, but I actually never saw that movie...

And yes, Rutger Hauer still has it. Mmmm...Roy Batty...*smacks lips*
